Got a wheelchair accessible room. It was very large both the room and the bathroom. Wheelchair accessible shower with a seat that folded out from the wall. Good pillows. Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.

What a wonderful two-night stay & it's all thanks to Manney, Gigi, Montee, and Georgia! The staff here is to die for. They make the stay 10x more fruitful and refreshing! The architecture of the hotel was beautiful. The hotel included a gym, pool, bar, and more. Breakfast/dinner was not included, but prices were considerably reasonable! I stayed for two nights, had the breakfast bar for two, had dinner for two, and drinks, plus tip all for $368. Do yourself a favor and go stay at this hotel!

A family-friendly, welcoming , and hospitable enviornment. A place where you are guaranteed to feel you belong. If you need a good bartender, request Gigi. I loved guest-services! They have a very warm and polite way of saying, "Based on recent data-polls, surveys show if you have two thumbs and know how to use 'em, you can do it yourself." Tech is up-to-date. Personalized room settings. My only request is trash cans to be placed on the outside.

We stayed here briefly for a work trip. Unfortunately the room that we booked was not available once we got there so we had to get a smaller room. We received breakfast vouchers for the trouble. The mattress in our room needed to be updated- we were rolling towards the middle. Otherwise this is a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities.

The location was quiet and near lots of clean, safe and well-lit walkways while still being close and convenient to the State Fair, PNC Arena, shopping and North Carolina Museum of Art. The entire hotel was extremely clean, especially my room. The bed was almost too comfortable, if that’s possible. All of the hotel staff that i encountered from the front desk to housekeeping were pleasant, well-spoken and helpful. Overall, this hotel is everything I expect of a Hilton property!

The room and location were exceptional. With the digital check-in and check-out, you miss the interaction with the staff. Hilton always took great pride in welcoming their guests. I really don't want to lose that.

Location and decor top notch. As a Hilton Rewards member, I was very disappointed in the lack of comfort in the beds and not having additional blankets for the bed. Douvet just doesn't cut it. Bar and store and food ....amazing, as always. Presentation and staff attitudes...friendly and accommodating and very helpful. Would stay again. Always love Hilton
